         Thinking positive is the attitude of the most powerful way to live life better, with positive thinking we will radiate a positive atmosphere that will eventually affect all the attitude that we will take. Positive thinking can be interpreted also able to appreciate what has happened, whether it was a bad incident or event that we do not want because in essence if life is always in accordance with what we want is to live it does not feel beautiful.

        Positive thinking can relieve the burden on our mind, this is because when we think positive / prejudiced better then the things that are suspicious, envious, and other stuff will be erased from ourselves so that the impact we would have liked more people and get rewarded InsyaAllah

       Indeed to obtain or create prejudice either difficult, it takes patience, practice and a strong faith, but if you have any intention to always think positively at least that was enough help for the next stage of positive thinking, because keep in mind that to obtain a good thing that requires practice and patience. nothing is instant.

      Why does this benefit can be obtained for people who are optimistic and positive thinking? Because usually people who are optimistic about avoiding activity that has a pessimistic person in coping with stress and pressures of life. People pessimistic when faced with stress will divert attention with activities such as smoking, alcohol consumption, and enjoy food without control.
